FIRST COAST WINE & BRANDY
Old World Soul. First Coast Spirit.
Every Sip Tells a Story
**O**ur story begins far from the Florida shoreline —
in the sunlit hills of Albania, where our grandparents
tended their vineyard with hands that knew both
strength and care. Wine was never just a drink;
it was part of life itself.
Every harvest was a celebration: **family gathered**,
neighbors joined, and **laughter filled the air**
alongside the scent of ripened grapes. In those
simple Albanian homes, our grandparents poured
wine with love, told stories by candlelight,
and shared every moment with friends and family.
When we arrived on America’s First Coast,
we carried that legacy with us. Here, among
the sea breeze and warm community, we found
a new home that reminded us of the heart
of our heritage.
*First Coast Wine & Brandy* was born from the desire
to share that feeling: a bridge between **old-world
tradition** and **new-world discovery**.
Every glass poured in our shop carries that history forward.
Each sip is a toast to our grandparents, to family,
and to the joy of sharing moments together.
So linger, savor, and let the wine tell its story —
the story of **home**, of **tradition**, and of **connection**.

Our Philosophy
Our philosophy is rooted in three guiding principles: respect for tradition, integrity in craftsmanship, and genuine hospitality.
We honor the legacy that began with our family in 1920, treating each bottle as a continuation of that story. Tradition, for us, is not a marketing phrase—it is the standard by which we measure every decision. From the selection of grapes to the final bottling, we work with intention, patience, and care.
Brand Journey
Integrity in craftsmanship means we never compromise on quality. We carefully select grapes from trusted vineyards and bring them to our facility in Florida, where we oversee each stage of production with meticulous attention. Every detail matters: balance, structure, aroma, and finish. If a wine does not meet our expectations, it does not leave our cellar.
More Than Wine.
Harvesting
The process begins with harvesting ripe grapes at the optimal balance of sugar, acidity, and flavor. Grapes may be picked by hand or machine, depending on the scale and quality goals of the winery.
Crushing & Pressing
Once fermentation is complete (or when the desired color and tannin levels are reached for red wines), the mixture is pressed to separate the liquid wine from the solid grape..
Fermentation
The grape juice, often called “must,” is transferred to fermentation tanks. Yeast is added to convert the natural sugars into alcohol and carbon dioxide. For red wines, the skins remain in contact with the juice to extract color and tannins. White wines are typically fermented without skin contact.
Aging And Bottling
The finished wine is filtered one final time and bottled under sterile conditions. Some wines are bottled young, while others are aged further before release.
