Alcoholic beverages may only be shipped to locations where permitted by law. We reserve the right to cancel orders that cannot legally be fulfilled.
1.2 Shipping Carriers

1.3 Order Processing Time
Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days. Processing may take longer during peak seasons or special releases.
1.4 Delivery Requirements
Deliveries containing alcohol require:

Carriers cannot leave packages unattended.
2. Refund Policy
2.1 All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of wine, spirits, and consumable products, we do not accept returns once products are shipped or delivered.
2.2 Damaged or Incorrect Shipments

- Photos of the damage
- Description of the issue
Approved claims may be eligible for a replacement or store credit.
2.3 Lost Shipments
We will assist in opening a claim with the carrier if your shipment is lost. If the carrier confirms the loss, we will issue a replacement or store credit.
2.4 Refused Deliveries
Orders refused due to failure to provide age verification or be present at delivery are not eligible for refunds.
